Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Merchant Debugger and explain how paid batch checks are supplied.
1. Operator and scope
Merchant Debugger is operated by Daria Fokina, sole trader, Veilchenweg 16, 88046 Friedrichshafen, Germany. These Terms apply when you use the website, free single checks or paid batch checks.
Merchant Debugger is an independent diagnostic tool. It is not Google, and it is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google.
2. What the service does
The service checks public product pages against product URLs and values that you provide. It reports technical signals and likely mismatch sources. It does not access your store account or Google Merchant Center account, and it does not change either system for you.
Results are technical diagnostics, not a guarantee of Google Merchant Center approval, ranking, traffic, sales or any specific correction outcome. You remain responsible for reviewing the result and deciding what to change.
3. Free and paid checks
A single Price or Availability product check is free. A paid batch check covers the selected module only, accepts up to 50 products and is a one-time purchase. Price and Availability checks are purchased separately.
One purchase is used when the corresponding batch check completes successfully. If an infrastructure restart or technical failure interrupts a check before completion, the existing recovery process remains available and the purchase is not treated as a second purchase. You may need to upload the same CSV again to continue.
A product page may block or prevent automated inspection. In that case the row may be marked “Couldn’t verify” or similar. The service will not present that row as a confirmed match or mismatch, but this is still a possible diagnostic outcome of a completed batch.
4. Payment and Paddle
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes/VAT and buyer billing documents.
The displayed €19 is the base price for one batch check. Paddle may display another checkout currency and apply taxes based on the buyer’s location. The total shown by Paddle at checkout is the transaction total.

5. Your responsibilities
When using Merchant Debugger, you agree that:
- you have the right to provide and process the uploaded data and URLs;
- you will submit only public product-page URLs and lawful product data;
- you will keep recovery codes private because they grant access to the related paid check; and
- you will review diagnostic results before changing a feed, storefront or account.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but public websites, anti-bot systems, hosting and third-party services can affect a check. We may make proportionate technical changes, suspend abusive use or stop offering a feature. Any paid, unfinished check remains subject to the recovery and refund arrangements described here and in the Refund Policy.
7. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit that result, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory product-liability and consumer rights. For a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to the damage that was foreseeable and typical when the contract was made. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8. Consumer rights and applicable law
Mandatory consumer rights, including any rights that apply in the buyer’s country of residence, remain unaffected. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence. A court agreement applies only where legally permitted.
